Thomas's brother, Ryan, came out to visit us for a couple of weeks, and we decided to spend some time in the mountains that are close by. So, these are pics of us enjoying nature! We bought Jace a little fishing pole, and this is him practicing using it.

Jace roasting marshmallows. We went up after Thomas got off work, and we cooked hot dogs over the fire, "fished," played in the river, roasted marshmallows, and made smores. We absolutely had a blast. It was so fun, and then we were able to drive home, all take showers and sleep in our own beds (as opposed to camping...) it was awesome. :-)

wow!! that IS awesome-getting to camp but then sleep in your own beds!! what a fun, fun time!!
